• We only accept returns under 7 days!
• Items must be unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• No refunds for items under Rs.2,500; exchange or store coupon only.
• Jewellery items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
• Courier fees will be refunded only for Drip-Fits’ errors
• Refunds may take up to 10 working days after receiving returned items. Exchange or Online Store Coupon can be provided as quicker alternative/solution.
• No exchange/ no claim / no refund on sales/promotional items.
• Drip-Fits has the rights to refuse requests based on circumstances. 

1. Initiate a return request by mesaging us on our official WhatsApp number +92-336-03747
2. If your requests fall within our policy, you will be guided to securely mail the items back to us.
3. After the items are received, you will be allowed to get a refund, exchange or store coupon as per the policy & situation.
